Due to possible UPS delays, we are not shipping orders the weeks of Thanksgiving (11/25), Christmas (12/23) or New Year's (12/30). Current subscription customers will be contacted to reschedule shipments that fall on these weeks.
We ship our frozen food throughout the contiguous US. Shipping cost is based on weight and distance from our location in Atlanta, Georgia and will be displayed at the checkout screen before payment. All orders are shipped through UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air shipping.
We ship on Mondays only. Orders must be in at least 5 days prior (by Thursday) to ship on that following Monday. We have a limited amount of orders that we can ship out each Monday. When the limit is reached, the shipping calendar will display the following Monday as the first available day. When you select "Shipping" you'll be able to see the next available shipping date. You'll receive tracking information when your order ships.
For states that take an estimated 3 or more days for ground shipping we strongly recommend selecting 2nd Day Air. Your estimated transit time will be displayed for each shipping method before checkout. Please note that food will not arrive frozen for transit times of three or more days. Thawed food is perfectly fine. Simply refreeze.
Our food is sent out frozen and tightly packed. We pack your order in insulated shipping boxes and use dry ice and ice packs to ensure your order stays as cold as possible. Unfortunately, our boxes often sit in hot warehouses and on hot UPS trucks so your food may arrived partially thawed and we cannot guarantee that orders will arrive frozen. By purchasing our products, you are accepting that products may arrive partially thawed and there is no guarantee orders will arrive frozen.
We do our best to ensure orders are packed with sufficient protection to mitigate damage during transit. Unfortunately UPS sometimes doesn't take as great of care with our product as we do and containers may arrive cracked. If this happens the food is still fine to feed. Simply freeze food and then defrost container in a bowl when ready to feed.
We do not have a minimum for shipping, however orders under 15 lbs cost the same to ship as 15 lbs because UPS charges by dimensional weight for anything under 15 lbs. Our boxes hold up to 50 lbs of food each. It's most cost effective and will help keep the food frozen if the box is full, so aim for about 50 lbs. Shipping orders over 50 lbs with ship in multiple boxes. There's a weight calculator that keeps track of the accumulated weight as you add items to the cart.
Places that offer "Free Shipping" work the cost of shipping into the cost of the product. We don't want to do that so we can offer our products at the true cost. Our insulated boxes and coolant is already calculated and included in the cost of shipping.
Your order is hand delivered from our freezer to your door. By using a local delivery service, rather than traditional shipping carriers, we ensure your pet's food goes directly to your home and arrives on time. We deliver Mondays through Fridays between 5 AM - 8 AM and 1 PM - 3 PM. You'll be able to choose a delivery date and time slot that is convenient for you.
You're welcome to leave a cooler by your door if you would like your food placed inside of it. Please let us know in the notes where the cooler will be located so we can let our delivery driver know where to look for it.
Subscription orders will be delivered on the same day each week during the time slot that works best for you. We'll contact you to set everything up when you sign up for the subscription service.
If you would like to receive a text when your food has arrived, let us know in the “Notes” section of the cart. Please add any other special instructions such as gate codes or specific locations to drop off your order (back porch, side door, etc).
We love to recycle so please feel free to leave your bags or boxes out from previous deliveries to be reused.
Atlanta delivery rates are based on miles from our facility located in 30312. Your exact rate will be shown once you enter your address before checkout.

We do not have a retail location, however, orders placed online can be picked up from the front porch of our house. The pickup address is 599 Oakland Ave SE, Atlanta GA 30312, located in the Grant Park neighborhood of Atlanta. It's the green house with an orange door and there's a chest freezer on the front porch where you'll find your order with your name on it.
Select a date and time at checkout and then simply pick up your order at that time. We'll contact you if we have any questions about your order, otherwise it will be in the freezer at the time you selected. Please feel free to contact us if you need to adjust your order or pickup time.
Treats may be picked up, locally delivered or shipped. We ship treats throughout the contiguous US for a $5 flat rate. Orders ship out on Mondays. You'll receive tracking information when your order ships. Treat orders placed with food will ship with the food order.
