Due to the outdated payment processing banking rules, we must have two separate websites for our food and CBD products. The banks that process our food transactions will not process CBD transactions and therefore we had to set up a separate website solely for CBD products.
If you'd like to purchase pet food and CBD products you'll have to purchase them separately through each site. We will include your CBD items with your food delivery, shipping or pickup. If you are purchasing only CBD products, we'll ship those out on Mondays.

We ship treats to the continental US for a $5 flat rate. Orders ship out on Mondays. You'll receive tracking information when your order ships.
We ship our frozen food to select states. Shipping cost is based on distance from our location in Atlanta, Georgia and will be displayed at the checkout screen before payment. Shipping starts at $20. All orders are shipped out through UPS Ground shipping on Monday of the following week and should arrive in two days.
Frozen food orders must be in by Friday of the proceeding week to ship on Monday. Orders received Saturday or Sunday will ship out on the Monday that's a week out. For example if you place your order on Sunday, Feb 10, it will ship out Monday, Feb 18. You'll receive tracking information when your order ships.
We do not have a minimum for shipping, however orders under 15 lbs cost the same to ship as 15 lbs because UPS charges by dimensional weight for anything under 15 lbs. Our boxes hold up to 40 lbs of food. It's most cost effective and will help keep the food frozen if the box is full, so aim for about 40 lbs. There's a weight calculator that keeps track of the accumulated weight as you add items to the cart.
Due to the cost of warehouse labor, coolers, dry ice, and expedited shipping, it is expensive to ship raw pet food. Places that offer "Free Shipping" work the cost of shipping into the cost of the product. We don't want to do that so we can offer our products at the true cost. Our insulated boxes and coolant is already calculated and included in the cost of shipping.
Our food is sent out frozen and tightly packed. If anything arrives thawed or is starting to defrost, that's perfectly fine and safe. There's no need to worry, it's perfectly safe to thaw and re-freeze pet food.
In order to ensure the food remains frozen, we can only ship to states within a two day shipping range: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Wisconsin.
Your order is hand delivered from our freezers to your door. By using a local delivery service, rather than traditional shipping carriers, we ensure your pet's raw food goes directly to your home and arrives on time. We deliver Tuesdays through Fridays between 6 AM and 8 AM. We will leave your order at your front door. Feel free to leave a cooler by your door if you would like your food placed inside of it. You'll be able to choose a delivery date that is convenient for you.
Subscription orders will be delivered on the same day each week generally between 6 AM and 8 AM. We'll contact you to set everything up when you sign up for the subscription service.
If you would like to receive a text when your food has arrived, let us know in the “Notes” section of the cart. Please add any other special instructions such as gate codes or specific locations to drop off your order (back porch, side door, etc).
We love to recycle so please feel free to leave your bags or boxes out from previous deliveries to be reused.
Atlanta delivery rates are based on miles from our facility located in 30312. Your exact rate will be shown once you enter your address before checkout.

We do not have a retail location at this time. You’re welcome to pickup your order from the chest freezer on our front porch. Select a date and time at checkout and we’ll make sure it's ready for you to pickup at your convenience. We'll contact you if we have any questions about your order.
