Great customer service. There was the possibility of the UPS strike and they proactively reached out to see if I wanted to change my ship date just in case (I did!).
Packaging was perfect. I was concerned because it is 97 degrees here today but ice and cat food were still frozen solid.
Also appreciate the variety of protein choices
