Where do you ship?

Shipped throughout the contiguous US. A

Zone 1 and 2
  • Orders over $200 - FREE (UPS)

  • Orders under $200 - $25 (UPS)

Zone 3
  • Zone 3 orders ship via 2-day air to arrive frozen and fresh. Shipping cost is based on weight and destination. We recommend ordering in 30 lb increments to make the most of your shipping cost.

What’s the minimum amount that I have to order?

Our minimum order amount is 4 lb. This is to ensure that there's enough frozen product in the box to make sure everything stays frozen until you receive the package.

When do you ship?

Orders ship on Mondays and Tuesdays each week (except for the noted holidays). Orders placed by Monday ship that week and orders placed Tuesday or later ship the following week. If you have a special date request, please email us.

You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

How are orders shipped?

Our food is sent out frozen and tightly packed. Shipping orders are sent in paper-based curbside recyclable insulation. Additionally, we include dry ice and ice packs to ensure your order stays as cold as possible during transit. Learn more about the insulated shipping systems used

What should I know about dry ice?

Your package may contain dry ice when it is delivered. Dry ice is extremely cold and can burn your hands. If dry ice is present, please use gloves while handling it. However, do not be alarmed if there is no dry ice present; it has sublimated during shipping.

What if my order is delayed?

The majority of our shipments are delivered on their estimated delivery date, but delays can and do happen. If your package is delayed, DON'T WORRY. We pack all of our shipments with enough coolant to withstand extended transit times, and they almost always arrive in great shape. Meat that is still cold to the touch can be safely refrozen with no loss of quality -- you can learn more about freezing and defrosting meat here. If you have any concerns about your order, please get in touch. Do not refuse your delivery or discard your package before speaking with us, as this will prevent us from being able to properly resolve the situation.

What if my order isn’t fully frozen when it arrives?

If your package arrives and you notice that your products are slightly thawed or just starting to defrost, don’t worry—this is perfectly fine and safe. As long as everything is still below refrigerated temperature (40F), it’s totally safe to just throw it in the freezer (or bowl if your pet convinces you).

Local Delivery

Orders will be delivered to your doorstep between 8 am - 5 pm. For subscriptions, your order will be delivered on your regular delivery day. Please be prepared to open any gates or building doors so we can deliver your order. If there are any codes needed to complete your delivery please let us know. If we cannot complete a delivery due to a gate code or special instruction that was not provided in the "Delivery instructions" section of the cart at checkout or by email a re-delivery fee will be assessed. Please contact us to make alternate re-delivery arrangements.

Delivery schedule:

MON–THUR:

  • Orders placed by 2 pm, delivered next-day

  • Orders placed after 2 pm, delivered day after next

  • Orders placed Thur after 2 pm, delivered on Mon

FRI:

  • Orders placed by 11 am, delivered on Mon

  • Orders placed after 11 am, delivered Tue

SAT–SUN:

  • Orders placed over the weekend, delivered on Tue


Pickup

If you cannot pick up your order at the originally scheduled time please contact us to arrange a different date. Rebel Raw will attempt to contact you for alternative pickup arrangements. Pick up orders that are not claimed within 10 days after they are marked ready for pick up will be considered abandoned.  Please contact us to make alternate pick up arrangements. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges once an item is purchased.

Pick up schedule:

  • Orders placed Mon – Thur: Ready the next day.

  • Orders placed Fri – Sun: Ready on Mon.

Pickup Hours:

  • Mon – Thur: 9 am – 4 pm

  • Fri: 9 am – 12:00 pm
