Club Rebel Terms of Service
1. Introduction
Welcome to Club Rebel, the referral program operated by Rebel Raw. By participating in Club Rebel, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not participate in Club Rebel.
2. Eligibility
To participate in Club Rebel, you must:
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Create a valid Club Rebel account with accurate and up-to-date information.
3. Referral Program Overview
• When you create a Club Rebel account, you will receive a unique referral link and code.
• You can share your referral link and code with others to refer new customers to Rebel Raw.
• New customers who use your referral link or code will receive 20% off their first order.
• For each successful new customer referral, you will receive $15 store credit in your Club Rebel wallet.
4. Referral Rewards
• Referral rewards are issued as store credits and can only be used for purchases on the Rebel Raw website.
• Store credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Store credits will be applied to your Club Rebel wallet within 30 days of the referred customer making their qualifying purchase.
5. Prohibited Conduct
To maintain the integrity of the Club Rebel program, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
• Creating multiple Club Rebel accounts to refer yourself or others within the same household.
• Engaging in any fraudulent or dishonest behavior to exploit the referral program.
• Using automated systems, bots, or any other unauthorized means to generate referrals.
• Misrepresenting your relationship with Rebel Raw or the nature of the referral program.
6. Abuse and Fraud Prevention
• Rebel Raw reserves the right to monitor all Club Rebel accounts and referrals for potential abuse or fraud.
• If we detect any suspicious activity or violation of these terms, we may take appropriate action, including but not limited to:
- Suspending or terminating your Club Rebel account.
- Cancelling orders.
- Revoking any referral rewards earned through prohibited conduct.
- Pursuing legal action or reporting fraudulent activity to relevant authorities.
7. Termination and Modification
• Rebel Raw reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Club Rebel program or these terms at any time without prior notice.
• Any changes to the program or terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Rebel Raw website.
• Continued participation in the Club Rebel program after any modifications to the terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
8. Limitation of Liability
• Rebel Raw will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to your participation in the Club Rebel program.
• In no event shall Rebel Raw’s liability exceed the value of the referral rewards earned by you.
9. Governing Law
• These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rebel Raw is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
