Where do you source your ingredients?
Every ingredient we use is human grade and USDA inspected and approved. We source our ingredients from esteemed restaurant suppliers, local farms, and dedicated human food purveyors, ensuring each batch is as nourishing as the meals we first crafted for our cats and dogs.
Where do you make your fresh, raw food?
Every meal is prepared fresh in our commercial human food kitchen in Atlanta, Georgia.
We never outsource your pet's nutrition to third parties. No outsourcing or co-packers are ever used. We believe in taking care of each step of the process so we can inspect every ingredient, rigorously test for safety, and provide only the highest quality raw meals from small batches.
How do you formulate your recipes?
Our fresh, raw food is scientifically formulated with professional pet food formulators. Their qualifications include DVMs, Certified ACNs, canine and feline nutritionists and nutrition researchers.
All of our foods (except our products that have the word "Grind" in the name) are formulated to meet or exceed AAFCO standards. How do you keep raw food cold during shipping?
All our shipping orders are carefully packed in durable cardboard boxes with curbside recyclable, paper-based insulation. To maintain a safe temperature during transit, we add a combination of dry ice and ice packs, ensuring your order arrives fresh and ready for your pet.
How much is shipping and when do you ship orders?
We ship nationwide across the U.S. and offer FREE shipping on all orders over $200 (excluding Zone 3). For orders under $200, a flat shipping fee of $25 applies, depending on your zone.
We ship orders every Monday and Tuesday. Orders placed by Monday will ship within the same week, while orders placed on Tuesday or later will ship the following week.
Do I need to subscribe?
Not at all! While subscribing makes it easy to keep your pet’s meals stocked without thinking about it, you can always place one-time orders whenever you need.
