Shipped throughout the contiguous US. All orders shipped UPS Ground (Zone 1, 2) and UPS 3 Day Select (Zone 3).

Our minimum order amount is 8 lb. This ensures there's enough frozen product in the box to make sure everything stays cold until you receive your order.

Orders ship on Mondays (except for the noted holidays) and must be placed at least one day prior (by Sunday) to ship on that following Monday. Select "Shipping" to see the first available shipping date. Tracking information is emailed when orders ship.

Customers located in Zone 3, all orders are shipped via UPS 3 Day Select.

Food is sent out frozen and tightly packed. Shipping orders are sent in one of our two insulated shipping systems (compostable Green Cell Foam insulation or curbside recyclable Renewliner insulation). Additionally, dry ice and ice packs are used to ensure orders stay as cold as possible during transit. Learn more about the insulated shipping systems used.

Boxes may contain dry ice when delivered. Use caution, dry ice is extremely cold and can burn your hands. If dry ice is present, please use gloves while handling it. However, do not be alarmed if there is no dry ice present; it sublimated during shipping.

The majority of shipments are delivered on their estimated delivery date, but delays can and do happen. If your order is delayed, DON'T WORRY. All shipments are packed with enough coolant to withstand extended transit times, and they almost always arrive in great shape. Food that is still cold to the touch can be safely refrozen with no loss of quality -- learn more about freezing and defrosting food here. If you have any concerns about your order, please get in touch. Do not refuse your delivery or discard your order before contacting us, as this will prevent us from being able to properly resolve the situation.

Atlanta delivery rates are based on driving distance in miles from our kitchen located in Mechanicsville, Atlanta. Your exact rate will be shown once you enter your address before checkout.

• 11 - 20 miles = $10
• 21 - 30 miles = $15
• 31 - 35 miles = $20

Mondays through Fridays between 5 AM - 9 AM and 12 PM - 3 PM. Select "Atlanta Delivery", enter your zip code to check if you're eligible for delivery and then choose a delivery date and time slot that is convenient for you.

Please add any special instructions such as gate codes or specific locations to drop off your order (back porch, side door, etc). These can be added in the “Notes” section of your cart.

You are welcome to leave a cooler by your door if you would like your food placed inside of it. Please let us know in the notes where the cooler will be located so we can let our delivery driver know where to look for it.

Subscription orders will be delivered on the same day each week during the time slot that works best for you. We'll contact you to verify your recurring day and time when you sign up for the subscription.

Orders must be placed at by 2 pm to be delivered next day. 11 am on Fridays for Monday deliveries.

If you're subscribed to email updates, you'll receive an email notification once your order has been delivered. Additionally, if you're subscribed to text updates, you'll receive text delivery notifications.

We love to recycle so please feel free to leave your bags or boxes out from previous deliveries to be reused.

We’re located in The Railyard complex in the Mechanicsville neighborhood. Once you pull into the complex, turn right and drive to the end where you’ll see a #6 painted on the wall. Park anywhere and come up the steps on the right side of the patio that’s to the right of the #6. Walk through the doors on the left and you’ll see the pickup area. Grab your order from the pickup freezer that has your pickup day on it. This is a contactless pickup.
